NorthCap have successfully advised HB Raylor & Company on the off-market disposal of The Raylor Centre; a prime, freehold mixed-used estate in York city centre.
The scheme extends to 120,927 sq ft of industrial accommodation across 48 units, alongside a 16,728 sq ft business centre on a site of 8.67 acres producing a net rental of £1,214,000 pa.
The property was sold in September 2025, for an undisclosed sum, with the buyer wanting to remain anonymous. The triple net yield at sale after deduction of operational costs equates to 6.3%.
