Taken the #SMEClimate Commitment to halve emissions before 2030 and reach net zero emissions before 2050. The sooner the better.
Aligned with Planet Mark this demonstrates commitment to measuring and reducing our carbon emissions.
Completed the University of Cambridge Sustainable Real Estate: Creating a Better Built Environment course (Luke Symonds)
Worked with Leeds city council’s ranger team to help transform areas of Hunslet cemetery to a natural wildflower meadow. We will be continuing with this programme going forward.
Committed to electric vehicles, albeit we use public transport wherever possible.
A member of the Yorkshire Property Charity Football committee, helping to organise and host the event in September. The event has raised over £400,000 for charity.
Compered the Crypt Factor in June, a charity evening which raised around £90,000 for both the St George’s Crypt and the Leeds Community Foundation. (Ben Hall)
