‘Off Market’ Investment Acquisition – Leisure Premier Inn, Leeds City Centre : £16m

In this case study we sourced and successfully acquired a prime Premier Inn Hotel on behalf of Mayfair Capital.
NorthCap were able to leverage our strong client relationships to source and acquire this asset ‘off market’.
Built in 2017, the hotel is let to Premier Inn Hotels Limited with a guarantee from Whitbread Plc until 2042 with indexed rent reviews. The asset has an EPC rating of A as well as being a net-zero carbon building.
