NorthCap carried out a full marketing campaign of this core plus regional office in Leeds city centre on behalf of Ardstone Capital.
Following a competitive pitch, NorthCap compiled a high-quality marketing brochure outlining the properties key attributes along with detailed commentary around the local occupational market setting out the ‘value add’ potential.
In this instance we paid a particular focus on the buildings ESG credentials, understanding the importance these play in the sector.
NorthCap oversaw the transaction to a successful completion, achieving a stronger price than our quoting terms.
