NorthCap carried out a full marketing campaign of a prime mid-box industrial investment on behalf of Henry Boot Developments (HBD) through to a successful sale.
NorthCap compiled a high-quality marketing brochure outlining the properties key attributes along with commentary around the local occupational market setting out the strong reversionary potential. The campaign was well received by the investment market and following a period for inspections and investor due diligence we secured a preferred party.
NorthCap oversaw the transaction to a successful completion, setting a regional market yield in the process.
We were really excited to instruct NorthCap to sell our prime facility owing to a long standing relationship with the two partners, having admired their work in their respective former corporate lives.
